My wife and I were looking for a company to help us with a remodel of our house. We decided to go with Keener Builders. We definitely made the right decision. From the initial consultation through the final checklist we were impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Communication was great and never had a hard time getting an answer to a question or concern. When something came up they were there to walk us through it and provide guidance. We were new to all of this and they made it easy. Feels like a completely new house. We feel like we got a good value for the money and can't wait to find a project for them to help us with in the future. Highest recommendation.

We had a great experience with Adam and Keener Builders! They completed an unfinished 2nd floor, bedrooms, bath and living space. We were able to communicate via text and email very effectively as well as in person when necessary. The space looks wonderful! Adam and his crews are great to work with and we would highly recommend them for your project!

Excellent experience. Blake is a wonderful communicator. We fully understood all facets of the project; including staff, subcontractors, pricing and timelines. Questions were answered quickly and satisfactorily. The work was top notch and they cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with our new addition.

Keener Builders came highly recommended to us from our Realtor and they did not disappoint! They gutted our original, circa 1958 master bathroom, transforming our very specific--and complicated--vision into a reality! We were impressed all around: scheduling, workmanship, timeliness, and professionalism, just to name a few. And Blake's communication was UNMATCHED. I have worked with lots of contractors over the years--none of them came close to Blake's. He shared clear progress updates, quickly answered questions, addressed issues, solved problems and, most importantly, listened. This is a fantastic company with fantastic people!

Keener Builders was engaged to remodel/refresh an older brick home while also retaining its original 1960's charm. Due to the extent of the updates, they were called upon to assemble a team of craftsmen across many disciplines, a challenge for most firms we spoke with. Needed were painters, carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers and more - all coordinated in a way to keep the project on time and within budget which were our two primary goals. Both goals were accomplished while at the same time Keener was able to make changes to our plans in real-time, optimizing the results we were after! My wife and I would definitely recommend you consider this firm for your homebuilding, home addition or remodeling project as our home has been transformed and yet retains its originality.

Your own stop shop for remodeling the house. They even have FLOORING INSTALLERS that have been fully vetted and trusted and over 20 years experience. Don't bother going to Lowe's or carpet stores that are dying to rip you off, Keener Builders uses their own trusted and proven contractors for less!! Alot of times Lowe's or Carpet stores won't touch jobs with subfloor repairs, Keener Builders has no problem addressing any issues with any house owned by any person!! I only recommend the best and this company is by far the best and most honest which goes a long way in today's society.After hurricane Helene Keener helped us fix our home back even better than it was before. We have people tell us how nice it looks nearly every day. Blake and Eddie were easy to work with and offered support throughout the entire process. We have recommended them to everyone we know.

My wife and I are very happy with the work that Keener Builders did for us! We had a load bearing wall that required an extra support post. They walked us through everything that needed to be done and gave us several options along the way. The workers were very nice and answered all of our questions as the job progressed. Once finished, they cleaned everything up and made sure that we were happy before they left. Their work was indeed top-notch! We've had several projects completed by Blake and Adam's company. They've included complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling as well as having attic stairs and a new front door installed. A great group of people who put customer first

Outstanding company. I had a complete kitchen gut and remodel. They did a fantastic job. The builders from Keener were very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. The companies they sub for plumbing, electrical, etc. were also on point. Everyone kept me well informed of time lines and progress. Each step they explained the what, how and why. I never had to question anything. We are very pleased with the quality of work. I'm certain my dog thought they lived here. Thank you Blake, Derrick, and Terry. You guys are the best.
